MHASCK Independent Living Opportunities
MHA Residential Care Inc. provides safe affordable one and two bedroom apartments for people with mental illness. Eligible applicants are those who have a documented severe and persistent mental illness and meet low income guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applicants must meet all tenant selection criteria.
MHA Apartments
MHA Apartments provide independent living opportunities for people with mental illness. The spacious one or two bedroom units provide all the comforts of independent living with the added component of a close knit community. Electric, gas, water and trash are provided as part of the rental payment at MHA Apartments. Each apartment has a large living room, dining area, large bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space. Laundry facilities and clubhouses are located on site.
MHA Mohr Place I
Mohr Place I is a 14-unit complex providing subsidized housing for persons with mental illness and is conveniently located in west Wichita near public transportation and shopping. Each apartment has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage. The clubhouse is conveniently located near each apartment where residents can enjoy a spacious community room, computer lab and laundry facilities. Joplin Court
Joplin Court Apartments provide subsidized, independent living opportunities for people with mental illness in the Pittsburg, Kansas area. The one or two-bedroom apartments provide all the comforts of independent living with the added component of strong community. Each apartment has large living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, roomy bedrooms and plenty of storage space. Laundry facilities are located in the adjacent clubroom where residents gather for lunch or just to socialize. The property is within walking distance to shopping. Electric, gas, water and trash are included in rent.
