MHA strives to ensure that our clients have all that they need to be successful in their recovery and in their lives. A majority of our clients are low-income and often have to face the hard decisions of what to pay for that month. During late summer and fall, MHA asks for donations from community members like you to help us make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
School Supply Drive
Each year the Mental Health Association of South Central Kansas gives 100 backpacks full of supplies to children in our community. These children would otherwise start the school year off without the items needed for success in the classroom. Please join us in this opportunity to help our community members in need! Read more
Each year MHA hosts the Adopt-A-Bell Drive. This drive provides families and adults suffering from mental illness with the holiday cheer through generous donations from individuals, organizations and companies throughout the community. Families and individuals are identified as low-income and in need of assistance. Many do not have the ability to provide gifts for their children or are adults with no family to give to them.
