TearStigmaApart

In honor of May is Mental Health Month, MHA is launching the #TearStigmaApart Campaign. The Mental Health Association of South Central Kansas is challenging individuals, families, businesses and the community at large to join us in an awareness and fundraising campaign. This campaign is targeted at creating awareness and a unified stance about the damaging effects stigma can have. Harmful words, bullying and judgment can have powerful and sustaining effects on a person’s life – it’s time for us all to Fight In The Open and Tear Stigma Apart!

Here’s what you can do: Join the #TearStigmaApartChallenge
- Write down any word you feel is stigmatizing on a piece of paper, then video tape yourself tearing it apart! It’s that easy.
- Share your video on fb or Instagram with the hashtag #TearStigmaApart
- Nominate 5 friends to take the challenge within 24 hours

Make a donation above. Every dollar helps us fight stigma!

Help us make this awareness campaign go viral! It is time to TEAR STIGMA APART!!
